		<description>Natasha, I agree that selling products needs to blend in with the overall surgery design.  What I notice is that my children just love buying things at the dentist.  A new tooth brush from the dental surgery seems to have more credibility than one from the supermarket - even if they are the same!  I think their logic is that if the dentist sells it than it must do a better job.  I really don&#039;t care why it works but I love the fact that they are more motivated.</description>
