		<description>Great post Natasha.  Seven questions to ask your local council is a very useful starting point.  I think you are right about councils expecting a lot more professionalism these days.  We had a positive experience recently with council staff but I know things can be very different.  I wonder whether you could get a planning person to tell the story from their side of the fence?</description>
